Congratulations once again to all the scouts honored at last week’s Winter Court of Honor – terrific accomplishments of rank advaancement, leadership training and merit badge / shooting awards. Many thanks to those who contributed hours of preparation, food & beverages, and thanks to all you parents for your presence and support.
This past weekend the shed cleaning resulted in newly painted chuck boxes, and a good inventory on items needing refurbishment or replacement. Kudos to Mr Williams and Mr Andrews for their organization and leadership. That same evening was the first opportunity for our PLC to serve the Knights of Columbus and their guests at their monthly Prime Rib Dinner and social event. Many thanks to the four scouts who served in the kitchen and the dining room – we are off to a great start with this new partnership between the KoC and our troop.  Mr Coffey and Mr Agich were very pleased, and therefore, so am I!
Tomorrow is the troop meeting at 7, following the merit badge class at 6. We have a den of Webelos and their parents attending, so as always, please be mindful of the scout oath and law - let’s have a terrific meeting and put our best foot forward – for us, and for them!
