During Mr. Martin’s tenure, he instituted an annual adult leader and interested parent meeting. It was a good opportunity to get together and compare notes on what is working well with the troop, what needs a bit of shoring up, a re-swizzle of some of the adult leadership responsibilities as needed, but mostly to socialize and discover a little more about each other.
I propose that we have another adult leader meeting on October 2nd. We could assemble for dinner followed by an hour and a half meeting (total of 2 1/2 hours), or early afternoon for 1 1/2 hours  some time after the service event at St. Vincent de Paul’s. Please mark your calendars, and we’ll be finalizing the time and location over the course of the next week or so.
We had a great PLC, and a productive meeting this week. Please remember the outing coming up the weekend of 9/17. Mr. Parizek will be grilling steaks for all the boys who made their pancake breakfast ticket sales targets this past spring! Thanks to the Andrews family for supplying their cabin’s grill. Yum!
